James Howard, 78, of St. Marys, Ohio, passed on July 08, 2022. James was born on July 04, 1944 in Frankfort, Kentucky to Norman and Veronica (Wobler) Howard. He grew up in Payne, Ohio and graduated from Payne High School in 1962. James was a lifelong truck driver. He is survived by a son Aaron Pogue of Ft. Wayne, a daughter Lisa Mull of Huntertown, 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Donald. No services will be held at this time and a private celebration of James' life will be held at a later date. Arrangements made by D.O. McComb and Sons - Lakeside Chapel, Ft. Wayne, Indiana.
