James De'Mond Cummings passed away on March 11, 2023. De'Mond (as he was affectionately known) loved spending time with family, playing chess, joking around and "scrapping". He was a big fella with a huge heart and beautiful smile.

De'Mond was born on August 25,1974 to Clay Walker and Rosetta Cummings. He welcomed twin sons, DeMond and DaMond, into the world on April 14, 1999. De'Mond entered into marital union with La'Vone on March 11, 2022.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife La'Vone Cummings, father Clay Walker, sons DeMond and DaMond Cummings, MarQuis, Martez and Gary Parhm and Ahmir Morgan, grandchildren Nikolai James, Jaeveon Cummings, Sa'Vayah, Sincere and DaMarcus Parhm and Elizabeth Sizemore, siblings Tiffany (Antonio) Sewell, Jalen Thomas, Shieta and Oquita Coleman, Danielle and DeMaris Cummings, favorite cousin Toriano Pope, favorite aunt Lenia Walker, godsister/special friend Lala Tell and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother Rosetta Cummings, grandparents Ora D. Cummings, Willie and Fannie Mae Walker and nephew Da'Tavis Cummings.
