On November 14, 1962 James Edward Brown was Born to Arlene Branch and Maron Brown in Brookshire Texas. Growing up as a kid James loved to play football and baseball with children he grew up and around with from the Brookshire Pattison community. After graduating from Royal High School in 1981 he attended Prairie View A&M university from 1982 to 1985 where from there he earned his bachelor's degree in business administrations. In 1992 he met the love of his life Pamela Venson a year later two children were born to their union by the name of Candice and Cameron. Step children Patrick Venson and Brandon calip. For 27 years James was employed at the Brookwood community center where he worked as a clay molder which he based as his favorite hobby in making creative things. James was a man of strong faith and was a member of saint Paul missionary Baptist church in Brookshire Texas from 1992 to 2006 where he found joy in serving the Lord. On June 24, 2023 James passed away peacefully at Cypress hospital in Houston after losing his battle to pneumonia. He is survived by his mother Arlene Branch, his 2 children Candice and Cameron Brown, 3 siblings Charles, Richard and Torrance Brown, 2 step children Brandon calip and Patrick Venson, and 3 grandchildren Anniyah, Chloe, and Maddison. He is preceded in death by his father Maron Brown and grandson Mayson Brown. Cherished memories left with a host of relatives and friends.
