James Yarborough Jr., 28, of Goldsboro North Carolina, passed Monday, February 13, 2017. He was born to Mary Yarborough and James Sr., May 20, 1988 in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. James Jr. graduated from Goldsboro High School in 2001 and received a degree from the University of Chapel Hill in 2007. He married Tamela Yarborough in 2010 and they lived together in Goldsboro.
James Jr. worked at the University of Chapel Hill as an Accountant. In 2012 he was honored with the Humanitarian Award for saving the life of an infant in a burning car . James was loved by many and he played an important role in several people lives. He really did a lot for his community by giving back donations to nearby communities to start a group home for children that were homeless.
James Jr. is survived by one child, Princess Yarborough and his brother, Brian Yarborough.
