James Lee of Detroit, Michigan passed away on September 27, 2024 at the age of 61. He was born on March 3, 1963 to his loving parents Herbert Lee and Coretta Jackson.

James leaves behind a legacy of laughter and love through his three children: Janelle (married to Jackson), Denise (married to Lee), and Robert (also married to Lee). He adored his two grandchildren.

James attended Cody High School where he excelled in making friends and causing mischief. He had a passion for golfing, although his swing never quite matched his enthusiasm.

Despite his many quirks and faults, James was a beloved member of the community. He will be remembered for his quick wit, infectious smile, and unwavering love for his family.

In the end, it was natural causes that took James from us, but we know he is now in a better place, probably trying to improve his golf game with the angels.
