James N. Forni passed away at home on Sunday, June 28, 2015. James left an indelible mark on anyone that met him. His death is an enormous loss to the community.

James is survived by his wife, Mary Forni, parents, Jim and Jan Forni, sister, Jillian Fahy (Pat) brother, Chris Forni and nephew Dante Fahy all of Petaluma. James also leaves his grandmother Dolores Forni of Fairfax and Grandfather Norm Petersen of Petaluma.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to “The James Forni Memorial Scholarship Fund” at Exchange Bank.
