James was born on March 11, 1993 to Sade and Robert Neal. James loved sports, video games and dancing. It is with great sadness that James Neal 30 years of age, passed away on September 1,2023. Leaving behind his loving parents, Sade and Robert ,Two grandmothers, Michelle Whitmore and Shalondra Baker. Grandfather Lethed :wrutmore. Siblings, Aaron Neal, Taurean,Baker, Makh1 Baker, Taiveon Baker, and one sister, Takia Oliver. One nephew Hennes, ar1d Aunties Shanika Whitmore, Branisha Whitmore, Angela Norri~ and England Crayton. Uncles, Dewayne Baker, Darrell Whitmore. Those who knew him, loved him.
