Jamil Phillips, 29, of LaSalle, Illinois, passed on April 15, 2023. Jamil was born on January 26, 1994 to Betty and Sylvester Phillips. He is preceded in death by his uncle Justin. He was a great son grandson, father uncle, and brother. There will be no official funeral service but a memorial ceremony will be held at a later date.
