Janet Fulcher LUBBOCK-Janet Fulcher, 52, of Lubbock, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2016. She was born on Oct. 13, 1964, to the late Beulah Mae and George Fulcher. She graduated from Estacado High School. Janet worked on various jobs and she was also the neighborhood mom to all the people who needed a mom. Janet loved to cook for people. Janet leaves to cherish her memories: two daughters, Victoria McNeal (Broderic) and Treshanna Quigley; one son, D'Vodrick Chew (Somalia Danford); two sisters, Barbara Ann Fulcher and Linda Sinchez; one brother, Norman Fulcher; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends. Celebration of life service will be held today at New Millennium Baptist Church at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Peaceful Garden Cemetery under the direction of Griffin Mortuary.
