HEYNE, Janet C. Age 88 of Beavercreek passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2016. She was born on October 12, 1928 to the late, Henry and Martha (Sitzman) Sommer. Also preceding her in death is her husband of 61 years, Harry C. Heyne; grandson and sister, Ruth Ann Kasper. She is survived by her sons, Richard (Brenda) and Thomas (Teresa); grandson, Kyle (Heather); great-granddaughter, Emma; brother, William (Eunice) Sommer; step grandchildren, Buddy (Tonya) Leach and Jessica (Brian) Lewis; step great-grandchildren, Tyler, Kain, Triston, Kailey, Brady and other family and friends. Janet enjoyed baking cookies, bowling and sewing which included making stockings for the grandkids. She was an avid reader and active member in the Catholic Order of Forester's. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 21 from 10: 00 am until time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am at Church of the Ascension on Woodman Dr. She will then be laid to rest in Calvary Cemetery.
