Janet Arleen RiveraZANESVILLE: Janet Arleen Rivera, 73 of Zanesville died at 2:42 AM Sunday, June 19, 2016 at her residence surrounded by her loving family & under the care of Hospice.She was born on October 8, 1942 in Cutler, Ohio.Janet was employed most of her life in the Health Care Industry. She enjoyed fishing, traveling & spending time with her family.She is survived by her daughter, Rita Blackwell; 4 sons: Pedro Anthony Rivera, Luiz Lee Rivera, Jose "Joey" Rivera and Carlos "Ricky" Rivera; a sister Vicky Mayle, 4 brothers, Clifford, Larry, Wendell & Ricky Dean Tabler; Numerous grandchildren & great grandchildren, nieces & nephews and many special friends including her caretaker Cody Moody. Janet was preceded in death by her grandparents, Frank & Blanche Kennedy, her mother Chloris Kennedy Tabler, Step-father Clifford H. Tabler, brothers, Marvin Kennedy, Roger Tabler and Russell Tabler; three grandsons, Jayjuan Sherrell, Jeremy Blackwell and Lino Rivera Evans. Visitation will be held Friday June 24 from 2 to 4pm & 6 to 8 pm at the Bryan & Hardwick Funeral Home where funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, June 25th with Minster Toni Kratochvil officiating.Memorial contributions can be made Hospice of Central Ohio, 2269 Cherry Valley Rd.
