JANICE COOPER, 84, of Rockford, Illinois, passed on March 02, 2021. JANICE was born on May 04, 1936. A loving mother of 9 kids,5 boys, 4 girls. Janice was such an beautiful person inside and out. She spreaded her wings an flew home to watch over her family. Janice was also blessed with 27 grandchildern,9 great grandchildern. It was a very heartbreaking moment for the cooper family but we will make every effort to keep mother/grandmother/friend legacy ALIVE!
