Jarelle Davonte Felton, 39, passed on November 25, 2020. He was born to Arby Felton and Polly Felton in Jersey City, New Jersey on January 20, 1981.

He married Latoya Jackson in 2017 and they lived together in Maryland, New Jersey. Together they raised 2 children Lamar Felton, Mia Jackson. He is also survived by 1 grandchildren.

Jarelle graduated from Henry Snyder High School in 1999 and received a degree from the Morgan State University in 2005.

Jarelle worked at International Business and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.
