Jasmine Collins, 88, of Antioch, California, passed on November 30, 2022. Jasmine was born on June 03, 1934. Jasmine is survived by her daughter Pamela Phillips,and 6 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Jobie Collins, her son Gary Collins, her son Jodie Collins.
