Jay Call, 73, of Hutchinson, Kansas, passed on April 02, 2023. Jay was born on January 01, 1950. He was a talented welder most of his life. Jay loved to be outside. Fishing, gold panning, and camping were amongst his favorite things to do. Jay loved the Kansas City Chiefs and NFL football. His children and grandchildren were the light of his life as well as his best bud, his dog Buster. He married Sarah Vigil (Call) on May 8th, 1983 and went on to have 4 children in addition to his daughter from a previous relationship. He is survived by children, Samantha Montoya, Brandi Vollnogel, (Andrew), Haley Call (Edward Kinder), Julian and Jesse Call, as well as numerous grandchildren and great grand daughter. Preceded in death by his mother and father, Art Call and Marilyn Phinney, as well as the mother of his children, Sarah Vigil (Call). Jay was truly a man with a strong faith in God. His friends and family will remember his love of music and his love of singing, his hilarious jokes, and his love for the little things in life.
