It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jay Hughes, who was born on June 5, 1982, in Mantua Grove, New Jersey, United States.

Jay was the beloved son of William and Sandra Hughes. He attended West Scranton High School and graduated in 2000. He continued his studies at the University of Scranton, where he pursued his passion for technology.

After completing his education, Jay went on to work at Tech42, where he quickly made a name for himself as a skilled and dedicated employee.

Outside of work, Jay had many hobbies that brought him joy. He was an avid hunter and golfer, finding solace and relaxation in the great outdoors.

Although Jay did not have any children of his own, he was a cherished member of his family and community. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Jay passed away on February 15, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of hard work, kindness, and passion for life.
