Jaychilez Tolentino, born on June 12, 2007, passed away on July 11, 2024, in Brooklyn, New York, United States.

she is survived by his father, Edwardo Tolentino, her mother, Crystal Tolentino, and her son, Jayden Tolentino who also tragically passed along side her. Sisters tianna tolentino, Destiny Banks, and Cailin Tolentino. Brothers Jossua Jordan, Sebastian Tolentino, Christian Tolentino, Jesus Tolentino and Eric tolentino as well as cousins, nieces and nephews.

Jayden Tolentino studied in K410 Abraham High School and intended on graduating in 2025.

Jaychilez had a passion for crafting and enjoyed spending her free time creating beautiful works of art.

Tragically, Jaychilez Tolentino's life was cut short due to a hit and run accident.
