Jean Ann Street RACINE Jean Ann (nee Peltier) Street, age 69, passed away on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at her residence surrounded by her family. Jean was born on February 21, 1947 to William and Rose (nee Roberts) in Racine, Wisconsin. She was united in marriage to Oliver Leon Street on December 17, 1966 at St. Rose Catholic Church in Racine. Jean was a member of St. Richard of Chichester Catholic Church. She was always up to date on the latest electronics, and she enjoyed using them for reading, game playing, listening to music and maintaining connections with family and friends. Her dogs were a wonderful source of companionship. Above all, Jean dearly loved her family, and especially enjoyed being a grandmother. Left to cherish her memory are four sons: William ( Cindy) Street, Robert Street, Donald (Jackie) Street, and James Street; nine grandchildren, Jason, Jennifer, Kassie, Donald Jr., Cameron, Jayden, Isaac, Amelia and Isabella; a great grandson, Levi; a brother, Michael J. (Susan) Pugh; three brothers-in-law: Dale (Debbie) Street, David (Cheryl) Street, and Timothy (Sue) Street; and sister-in-law, Donna Anderson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Oliver Leon Street; her mother, Rose Mary Pugh; her father William John Peltier; and favorite aunts: Anne, Florence, and Adeline. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Richard of Chichester, 1503 Grand Avenue, on Monday, September 12, 2016 at 10:00 AM with Father Allen Bratkowski celebrating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet with the family on Sunday, September 11, 2016 from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM and at the church on Monday morning from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM.
