JEAN MARIE WEAVER, 60 OAK RED - Jean Marie Weaver, 60, of Red Oak, died in her home on Thursday June 11, 2015. Jean was born on September 18, 1954 in Freeport, the daughter of Clarence and Doris (Brinkmeier) Ditsworth. Jean married John Weaver on June 8, 1974 in Cedarville. She worked at Micro Switch for 42 years. Jean was a member of the Micro Switch Bowling League. She enjoyed working on crafts and spending time with her grandchildren and following all of their sporting events. Surviving are her husband, John Weaver of Red Oak; mother, Doris Ditsworth of Freeport; two sons, Troy (Katy) Weaver of South Daytona, FL., and Kevin (Kristy) Weaver of Lena; daughter, Nicole Leistiko of Monroe, WI.; brother, Conley (Julie) Ditsworth of Maricopa, AZ.; sisters; Jan (Al) McAuliffe of Freeport and Kathy (Butch) Neuschwander of Freeport; mother-in-law, Alice Weaver; brother-in-law, Al Weaver; sisters-in-law, Bonnie Weaver and Laurie Ditsworth of Cedarville, IL. Seven grandchildren, Trent (Montana) Weaver, Cassie Weaver, Michael McCabe, Alex Weaver, Mariah Erickson, Jaden Leistiko, and Nina Leistiko. great-granddaughter, Mikayla Lynn Weaver. Also surviving is special friend, Chris Larson. Mrs. Weaver was preceded in death by father, brother, Larry Ditsworth and father-in-law, Clarence Weaver. Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday, June 15, 2015 at Burke Tubbs Funeral Home 504 N. Walnut Ave. Freeport. Rev. Becky Hebert will officiate. Visitation will be Sunday 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Burke Tubbs. Entombment will be in Oakland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in Jean's memory.
