A life well lived with numerous memories to continue her name
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jeanette Stevens, loving mother, grandmother, and friend. Born on August 9, 1969 to Joshaway Plowden and Jeanette Plowden in Brooklyn, NY Jeanette lived a full and vibrant life.
She gave birth to four children, Tareal Jones, Wesley Stevens, Willie Jones, and Jon Q. Stevens, and had four beloved grandchildren.
Jeanette attended Sarah J. Hale high school and later went on to work at Plant Vogtle. She also proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corp.
Outside of work and task, Jeanette had many hobbies that brought her joy. She enjoyed painting so much that she hosted paint and sip events. She also enjoyed creating artwork, gardening, and spending time playing with her grandchildren.
Jeanette will be remembered for her infectious smile, kind heart, and a unwavering love for family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
