We are saddened to announce the passing of Jeanette Swain on January 3, 2025, in Atlanta, Georgia, at the age of 55. Jeanette was born on May 5, 1969, to her loving parents Michael and Suzette Swain.

She is survived by her devoted partner, Thomas Swain, her three beloved children Carlos, Frank, and Greg, and her two precious grandchildren.

Jeanette attended Southwest DeKalb High School, graduating in 1978, before pursuing a career at Brookhaven School of Medicine, where she worked tirelessly until her retirement in 2013.

Known for her quick wit and infectious laugh, Jeanette lit up every room she entered. Her love for her family was unparalleled, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Heart Association in honor of Jeanette's battle with congestive heart failure.

Rest in peace, Jeanette Swain. Your spirit will forever live on in our hearts.
