Jeanna Michele Smith FaulkJeanna Michele Smith Faulk, 44, of O'Fallon, Ill., and formerly of Steeleville, Ill., born Nov. 15, 1971, in Sparta, Ill., passed away at 4:20 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, 2016 at the Cedar Ridge Health Care Center in Lebanon, Ill. Jeanna was a homemaker, and a member of the St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Steeleville, Ill. She was very active with her two boys in their various school activities.Jeanna was born on November 15, 1971 in Sparta, the daughter of James W. and Jeannette (Kraus) Smith. She married. She was proceeded in death by a brother; Jason K. Smith; paternal grandparents, Walter and Emma Smith; maternal grandparents, Reinhard "Bud" and Opal Kraus; and an uncle, Darrel Kraus.Surviving are her husband, Brett Faulk, whom she married on May 2, 2001, in Riviera Maya, Mexico, and with whom she shared 15 years of marriage; two sons, Cale Faulk and Evan Faulk, both of O'Fallon, Ill.; parents, James W. and Jeannette, nee Kraus, Smith of Steeleville, Ill.; a brother; James (Joli) Smith of Steeleville, Ill.; a sister-in-law, Jennifer Nisbet-Smith of St. Charles, Mo.; parents-in-law, Bruce and Dana Faulk of Webster Groves, Mo.; sister-in-law, April and Tom Wilhelm, of Webster Groves, Mo.; nephews, Colin and Kyle Smith, Grant, Reece, and Carson Wilhelm; and a niece, Laine Wilhelm.
