Jeanne Forseth Jeanne Ardelle (Allan) Forseth passed away peacefully on April 29, 2017 at the Tacoma Lutheran Home. Her last days included many members of her family, and friends. Jeanne was born on June 17, 1930 in Walla Walla, Washington to Jimmie Allan and Jessie Davis. After graduating from Missoula County High School she married her high-school sweetheart, Laurence (Larry) B. Forseth, the day after Christmas in 1948. Douglas James was born to Jeanne and Larry on October 20, 1949 in Kalispell, Montana. Jeanne was an extraordinary mother, and easily made friends with those who met her. She had a deep faith in God, and was a very involved member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church by the Narrows in Tacoma. Jeanne and Larry were married for nearly 51 years. Larry passed away in 1999. She is survived by her son Doug and daughter-in-law Mary of Whistler, British Columbia, Canada. Her professional life included work in the Pend Oreille County Title Office, Property Manager for the Nani Kai Hale Resort in Kehei, Hawaii, and receptionist in the CPA office of Jack Jorgenson in Gig Harbor. Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life for Jeanne, planned for June 2nd at 2PM, at St. Mark's Lutheran Church by the Narrows, 6730 N 17th Street, Tacoma. Memorials may be made in Jeanne's name to St. Mark's Lutheran Church by the Narrows.
