Jefferson Aliu, A.K.A. The Butcher, passed away at the ripe old age of 79 on April 15th, 2023. He lived a long and, let's be honest, tedious life in Tennessee Ridge. Born on November 3rd, 1943 to Davidson and Antwerpa Aliu, Jefferson didn't have the best start in life. His parents had originally planned to name him Jefferson Starship, but were quickly talked out of it.
Throughout his life, Jefferson tried his hand at many things. Unfortunately, he was good at none of them. He worked as a Butcher for most of his adult life, but if you were to ask his customers, they'd say his meat was always a bit "off."
Despite his lack of talent, Jefferson did manage to find love. He married Gloria in 1974 and together they raised three children: Destiny, Susan, and Mwuema. We won't say which one was their favorite, but let's just say one of them wasn't invited to the family Christmas party last year.
Jefferson's passing was a shock to everyone because no one thought he'd live this long. The cause of death was simply old age. He spent his last moments doing what he loved most: watching reruns of The Golden Girls and complaining about his grandchildren.
Rest in peace, Jefferson. May your meat finally be cooked to perfection and your jokes finally be funny.
You can to the family or in memory of Jefferson Aliu.
