We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Jeffrey Palmer, who was born on October 13, 1999, in Jacksonville, Florida. He passed away on December 19, 2024, surrounded by his loved ones.

Jeffrey, lovingly known as Jeff, was the son of Jeffrey Wayne Palmer. He leaves behind his partner, Palmer Sr., and their beloved daughter, Makayla Palmer.

Jeffrey had a passion for cars and motorcycles. He loved the fast and loud vehicles, and could often be found outside working on or playing with his beloved machines. He graduated from Forest High School in 2015 and continued to pursue his love for all things automotive.

Jeffrey will be remembered for his infectious laughter, kind heart, and his unwavering love for his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
