ANDOVER-Fast, Jeffrey C. "Jeff" 44, passed away on Thursday, June 16, 2016, in Houston, TX. Jeff was born on April 16, 1972 in Newton, KS, the son of Donald H. and Charmaine Fast. Jeff was employed with Flint Hills Resources/Koch Industries. Survivors are wife, Karen Fast of Andover, daughters, Katelyn N. and Jennifer R., father, Donald H. (Diane J.) Fast of Newton, sister, Amanda N. (Fred) Fouts of Olathe, KS and children, Hayden and Taylor. Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, June 25, at Lakeview Funeral Home, 12100 E. 13th St. N., Wichita.
