Kozelka, Jeffrey J.Jeffrey J. Kozelka, age 52 of Two Rivers, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 30, 2016. Jeffrey was born on January 13, 1964 in Two Rivers, son of Dr. John Kozelka and Mary T. (Ahearn) Kozelka. He attended Two Rivers Washington High School and graduated in 1982. Jeffrey loved the outdoors. He grew up enjoying snowmobiling, boating, X- Country skiing and enjoyed hiking in the woods on Lake Michigan. Jeffrey worked on the Badger Car Ferry as a cook, he also was a cook at the American Club in Kohler. Jeffrey then decided to live out West in Park City, UT for 5 five years while enjoying skiing and hiking. When Jeffrey returned from UT, he then worked one on one with Brad, who has special needs and this was Jeff's biggest challenge and the love he had while caring for Brad for 7 years. It meant a lot to Jeff taking care of Brad, he truly would have done anything for him and I watched Brad becoming more Independent of what Jeff had taught him over the years. The expressions on Brad's face and his smile said it all! Jeffrey last resided in Ogema, WI. Survivors include his father Dr. John Kozelka, his brother John in Manitowoc, his three sisters: Mary in AK, Lori in Manitowoc, Lynne in UT. Jeffrey also had three nieces: Alicia in Milwaukee and Logan and Naomi in UT. There will be no Memorial Service held for Jeffrey. There will be a Celebration of Jeff's life at the Lighthouse Inn on Friday, September 16 at 6:30. Please join us that evening in memory of Jeffrey. We love you Jeff and we'll miss you.
