Jennifer Elizabeth Cooper passed away Peacefully at baystate children's hospital due to complications from being born addicted she developed liver disease at a very young age and dispite effort and treatment she passed away Peacefully in her father Juan 's arms .. Jennifer was living with her father... Her mother is currently in Houston in a rehab facility she did not have custody.

Jennifer loved Disney .. loved to laugh and move around a lot before her illness to her life .

She lives family members and friends .
