Jeremy Jovon Smith, 34Indianapolis - Jeremy Jovon Smith, 34, of Indianapolis, passed away on Saturday, February 04, 2017 after an extended illness.He was born on August 18, 1982 to Bishop Ira L. Smith and Pearlie Mae Smith. He was baptized in Jesus name and filled with the Holy Ghost at Emmanuel Temple Pentecostal Apostolic Faith Church under his father's pastorship.Bro. Jeremy graduated from Muncie Southside High School in 2000. He attended Lincoln Tech and studied auto body collision. He was employed at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Indianapolis, IN as the Assistant Manager. He was previously employed at Costco.Survivors include fiancé Mareica Coleman (Indianapolis), two children, Jeremy Jovon Smith Jr. and Mareyana Kay Smith (Indianapolis), father and mother of Mareica, Theodore Coleman (Indianapolis) and Patricia Coleman (Indianapolis), stepmother Evangelist Donna Smith (Muncie); five brothers, Elder I. LaMonte Smith (wife Missionary Sandra), Terrell Smith, James Smith, Steven Ladon Smith (wife Ezma) all of Muncie; three sisters, Sister Angel Carter, Shameka Smith, and LaKisha Smith, all of Indianapolis; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Donnell Smith, and one sister (deceased at birth).Calling hours will be on Friday, February 10, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. with service beginning at 1:00 p.m.Committal service will be on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at 11:00 am at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery, located at 10703 N.
