Jerome passed away on Friday, January 30, 2015 at YRMC. He was born on October 1, 1941 in Fort Totten, North Dakota. He retired from the Fort Yuma Services Unit on November 4, 2003, with 19 years of service. Jerome is survived by sons, Jerome Two Hearts Jr., Patrick Two Hearts, Darin Short; daughter, Patricia Barley; brothers, Michael Jr., Francis, Julius, Bernard and Isaac Two Hearts; sister, Carol Walking, Eagle, Anne, Patty, Cathy and Becky Two Hearts; 9 grandchildren and 45 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Orlinda Two Hearts; son, Jeremy Two Hearts; parents, Michael Sr. and Rachael (Smith) Two Hearts; grandparents, Joseph and Margret Two Hearts; brothers, John, Timothy, Ronald, Norman Two Hearts; sister, Julia Two Hearts; and best friend, Michael (Bugg) Thompson Jr. Pallbearers Isaiah Short, Owen Barley, Tony La Villie, Ed La Vallie, Caleb Walking Eagle, Dylan Herman, Elton Two Hearts, Stacy Feather Jr., Sheldon Dog Skin, Terrell Thomas.
