It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jeronimo Echeverria García, who was born on March 17, 1950, in Mexico City, Mexico. He peacefully departed from this world on November 18, 2023.
Jeronimo was the beloved son of Julio García and Rosa García Echeverria. He grew up in Mexico City, where he established a deep connection to his roots and became an integral part of the community. Throughout his life, he exemplified the values of hard work, compassion, and resilience.
In 1970, Jeronimo found companionship and love in the arms of his devoted wife, Ernesta Orozco Maldonado. Together, they shared a remarkable journey, encountering both joys and hardships. Their unwavering commitment to one another served as an enduring example for their six children, whom they loved with every fiber of their being.
Jenny Echeverria, the eldest of their children, was married to Mateo Orozco. They established a loving home and continued to foster the strong bond that defined their family. Mary Cerillo García was the second child and was happily married to Luis Cerillo. Their union epitomized the beauty of love and the power of togetherness.
Tónico García, their third child, shared his life with Laura Hernandez García. Their partnership was marked by an unwavering dedication to each other and their family, standing as a testament to the strength of commitment. Miguel García, the fourth child, found happiness with Lupe García Basave. Their love story illuminated the importance of cherishing every moment and celebrating life's blessings.
Irma García, their fifth child, did not find a life partner, but her love and warmth filled the family home. She brought immense joy to all those around her, leaving lasting memories in the hearts of her loved ones. Lastly, Ernest García married Fredi Rodriguez Echeverria, enriching their lives with unwavering love and support.
The passing of Ernesta Orozco Maldonado just days before Jeronimo's own departure left him devastated. Heartbreak and grief took a toll on his health, ultimately resulting in heart failure. Although he fought valiantly, the weight of his sadness was too heavy to bear.
Jeronimo Echeverria García will be remembered as a loving husband, a devoted father, and a pillar of his community. His kind-hearted nature, genuine smile, and compassionate soul touched the lives of everyone he encountered. He consistently prioritized the well-being of his family, working tirelessly to provide them with a comfortable and fulfilling life.
He leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, and unwavering commitment. Although he is no longer physically with us, his spirit will forever guide and inspire those who were fortunate enough to have known him.
May his soul rest in eternal peace.
