Byng, Jerry B. "Brian"Jerry B. "Brian" Byng, 57, Oshkosh, died Thursday, September 28, 2017. He was born on January 17, 1960, in Oconto Falls to Jerry and Carol (Krause) Byng.Brian was a graduate of Oconto Falls High School, Class of 1978. He was known for his high school band, Granite, where he played the drums. Brian then attended NWTI and further taught himself to be a computer programmer. Brian worked at ImproMed and was known for always having a smile on his face.He enjoyed singing karaoke, so much so that he bought his own equipment which was used for karaoke nights at several bars.Brian is survived by his son, Benjamin Byng; his mother, Carol Byng; brothers and sisters and their spouses, Debra (David) Rowell, Randal (Lisa) Byng, Daniel Byng, Vicky (Bennett) Skaletski, Christine (Brian) Josephs, Therese (Andrew) Stacy; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many close friends.He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Byng and a brother, Steven Byng.Friends may call at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., from 4-7pm Friday. A parish wake service will be held at 7pm. Visitation will continue at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 5246 St. Patrick's Rd, Stiles, on Saturday from 9-11am. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11am, Fr.
