Jerry Thorn, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on March 29, 2025, in Amarillo, Texas at the age of 66. Born on January 26, 1959, Jerry was the son of Billy and Wanda Thorn.

Jerry is survived by his loving partner, Alyce, and their three children, Melissa Grimsley, Justin Grimsley, and Shawn Grimsley. He adored his five grandchildren and always enjoyed spending time with them.

Jerry attended Caprock High School and went on to work as a mechanic for his entire career. He was passionate about all things mechanical and could often be found tinkering with engines in his spare time.

Jerry will be remembered for his quick wit, infectious laughter, and kind heart. He brought joy to all who knew him and will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Rest in peace, Jerry Thorn. May your engines always run smoothly in heaven.
