It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to our dear Jessie Prescott, who passed away on May 20th, 2023 at the age of 41 in Manassas, Virginia. She was born on April 5th, 1982 to proud parents George and Theodora Prescott.

Jessie lived life to the fullest and spread joy wherever she went. She was known for her infectious laughter and her love for all things outdoors. When she wasn't hiking or camping, she could be found buried in a good book or playing board games with her closest friends.

Jessie was a dedicated ecologist, known for her passion and deep knowledge of sustainability. She worked tirelessly to protect the environment and always had a smile on her face while doing so. Her contributions to the field will never be forgotten.

Although Jessie never had any children of her own, she was a beloved aunt to her nieces and nephews, who adored her kind heart and playful nature.

Jessie's life was tragically cut short by ovarian cancer, but her spirit lives on in the memories of those who knew and loved her. We will forever cherish the time we had with this incredible woman.

Preston and Sons Funeral Home of Manassas is serving the family. Arrangements are being held through FD Judy Ward.
