Jessica Marie Skarzenski, age 19, of North East, died on Monday, November 28, 2016, at her residence. She was born on January 17, 1997, in Erie, Pa., to Joseph Skarzenski of North East and the late Cheryl (Spute) Skarzenski. Jessica attended Seneca High School and currently was employed by Panera Bread. She enjoyed music, drawing, art, spending time with friends and family, raising animals, being outside hunting, fishing, camping, and gardening. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Theresa Spute. Jessica is survived by her father, Joseph Skarzenski of North East; paternal grandparents, LaVern and Jeanette Skarzenski of North East; maternal grandfather, David Spute of Erie; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Friends may call at the William D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 South Lake Street, North East, on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 and are invited to attend a funeral service on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
