Chicago Heights, Illinois - Jessie Rice, beloved resident, friend, and adventurer, passed away on October 24, 2023, at the age of 73. Born on August 4, 1950, Jessie lived a life that was anything but ordinary.

Jessie was known for their contagious laughter and vibrant personality. Their positive spirit could light up a room faster than a Chicago summer storm. They had an endless zest for life and a mischievous smile that could charm anyone into an adventure.

Ever the explorer, Jessie was always seeking out new experiences. From their daring bungee jumps off the Willis Tower (formerly known as the Sears Tower) to their spontaneous road trips across the country, Jessie embraced life with open arms and an open mind.
