Jessie was a shy and eventful man who spoke many words but also liked to move around a lot.  He loved rap music and was a dedicated Minnesota Vikings fan who wasn't afraid to cheer them on.  He is survived by brothers Waylon Thomas and Raymond Thomas Wyatt Peltier and his Sister Lillian Peltier
