She married Fred Willis in 1966 and they lived together in Royse City, Texas. Together they raised 3 children Dana Gray, Melinda Gray, Rachael Gray. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
Jewel graduated from Royse City High School.
Jewel worked at Health Care until he retired in 2011 and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.
