Jill Young, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and community member, passed away on April 23, 2024 in Austin, Texas, United States. She was born on April 15, 1935 to Orson T. Counts and Della Dorsey (Foster) in Austin, Texas.

Jill is survived by her daughter, Paula Wilkins, and two grandchildren. She attended Miami High School and continued her studies at NEO A&M College. Jill was actively involved in the Citizens Assisting Plano Police organization, where she dedicated her time and resources to help her community.

Aside from her community work, Jill had a number of hobbies that brought her joy. She was a talented seamstress, enjoyed bowling, and loved dog sitting for friends and neighbors.

Jill's passing was a result of Alzheimer's Disease and Lymphoma. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
