Jim is loved by many and will be missed greatly. An outdoorsman, he lived a good life. He enjoyed the woods, fishing, and hunting throughout southern West Virginia. He was an avid coal supporter hosting the Cole Chevy Mountain Festival multiple times and is remembered for his banjo playing.
He worked in The Hobet 21 coal mine for 18 years as a continuous miner operator before it closed in 2015. He is survived by 3 sons, 2 daughters, and four hound dogs located throughout the east coast. Jim will be deeply missed by his loved ones.
