Jo Schaefer of Eldon, Missouri passed away on May 7, 2024, at the age of 73. She was born on March 19, 1951, to Harold Jean Moore and Margret Ann Moore.

Jo was a loving wife to John Michael Schaefer, whom she married in 1979. Together, they raised two wonderful children, Samantha Little (spouse Rich Little) and Christopher Schaefer (spouse Carol Schaefer).

In addition to her children, Jo leaves behind five adoring grandchildren. Jo was known for her kind heart, infectious laugh, and love of baking. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Jo's passing was due to a brave battle with a brain tumor. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a cancer research organization in her honor.

There will be no visitation, family and close friends will gather at Sam and Riches house Saturday May 11th at 4:00 pm. Feel free to bring a side dish.
