Born on March 27, 1943, Joe was a beloved member of the community and will be remembered for his kind heart and generous spirit. He was known for his love of gardening and spending time outdoors, as well as his passion for woodworking. Joe was a dedicated friend and neighbor, always willing to lend a helping hand and brighten the day of those around him. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
