Joe Scott, 53, passed Thursday, February 08, 2018. Joe was born to Joe Mattison, and Mamie Mattison, February 11, 1964, in Anderson, South Carolina. Joe worked at Belk's and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.

Joe is survived by 1 child, Hyram Mattison; 3 sisters, and 2 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her late mother, Mamie Mattison.

Funeral arrangements will be arranged by the church of Ebenezer Baptist Church. Family Services will be at 1568 Mountainview Road in Anderson, SC.
