Joe Every Scott was born on August 21, 1967 in Detroit, Michigan to the union of Clarence and frances Smith. Joe Attended the Detroit Public School says-ten graduates from class Tech High School. Joe enjoyed sewing, reading, doing puzzles but his favorite pass time was playing cards with his Friends.He loved his family dearly. Joe met his love Sharon Deal and they were united in holy matrimony on May 23,1994. Joe was preceded in death by his parents,Clarence and Frances Smith and seven siblings.
