Joesph Fowler, 76, of Woodridge, Virginia, passed Saturday, April 07, 2018. Joesph was born to Allen Fowler, and Agnes Fowler, October 09, 1941 in Woodridge, Virginia.

Joesph graduated from Thomas Jefferson High. He married Maria Fowler on March 10, 1965, and they lived together in Woodridge. Joesph worked at Engineer until he retired in 2013.

Joesph is survived by 3 children: Kasey Fowler (Mark Bills ), Terry Fowler (Maddison Rivers-Fowler), and Danielle Fowler (Mathew Fowler ). He also is survived by 4 grandchildren.
