John Brown Jr. of Denver, Colorado passed away on April 25, 2024, at the age of 62. He was born on February 11, 1962, to John Alex Brown Sr and Marynell E Calhoun. He is the third child. His siblings are Monoiette(Keith) Adams, Maxine Horton, Kelli( Roger) Shelton, Scott(Therell) Horton Sr., Richard Horton Jr., Jaqueline Horton, Robin Horton. John loved to spend time with his family always.

John attended Thomas Jefferson High School, graduating in 1979, and continued his studies at Emily Griffith Technical College, graduating in 1981. John received his master plumbing license and started his own busines. He spent his career working at John Brown Plumbing and was known for his dedication and expertise in the field. His motto is If it doesn't go down call John Brown. John was also the produce manager for FBC foods he was a jack of all trades.

John had a passion for collecting cars, watching movies, and enjoying all things comedic. He had a love for laughter and had a style that was always on point - suited and booted from head to toe. He brought joy and humor to all who knew him.

In 1988 John met Patricia Ryan although never married he became stepfather to Qania Ryan, Troy Ryan, Lakila Davis, and one child was born from this union Jackee Brown. He also has four grand children and they are Tierra Ryan, QiAndre Ryan, JaQuan Ryan and India Madden and two great-grandchildren ZaNiyah Tryels and Isaiah Tryels.

John had a wonderful relationship with his biological daughter Jackee she is his heart.

In 2001 John married Gwendolyn M Carrier there were no children from this union.

John's devoted partner Lashia Santana was with him until his passing. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all whose lives he touched.

John was proceeded in death by his father John A. Brown Sr,stepfather Richard B. Horton Sr, grandmother Rena Mc Fadden- Calhoun, grandfather Daniel Calhoun.

Jackie leaves to cherish his memory his mother, his daughter, devoted partner, siblings as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

On April 25, 2024, John was taken suddenly from us, leaving a void in the hearts of his loved ones. He will be greatly missed but always remembered for his warmth, humor, and impeccable style.
