John was an active member of New Hope Baptist Church and will forever and always be remembered. He loved spending time with his family and enjoyed outdoors.

John Eugene Gray was survived by his wife Doris Gray for 55 years and their 4 children Rhonda Gray, Keisha Gray, Lisa Gray and only son Gary Gray . His sister Betsy Smith and brother and Paul Roberts. 14 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.He was proceeded in death by his parents the late Annie Jenkins and his father Bobby Joe Gray .
