John Joseph Roll, 79, of Aurora, Colorado, passed on June 10, 2021. John was born on December 27, 1941, in Flasher North Dakota. He grew up in Mandan, North Dakota. At the age of 17 he went into Army for four years. After the service he worked at a trucking company for about three years. A few years later, John met Maggie and they started their own trucking company for five years. His profession was transporting and drving a semi-truck for most of his life. He worked at Bimbo for over 30 years. After John retired, he picked up reading books specifically James Patterson. John loved walking his dogs three times a day. John is surrived by wife, Maggie Roll; daughter, Mary Claypool; grandaughter, Hudson Lewis; grandsons, Joseph (Kiara) Roll and Adam Claypool; and nephew, Allen (Kathy) Roll.
