John Keith Dewberry was born December 30, 1949 in Charlotte, North Carolina to Kyle Joe and Bethany (Stites) Dewberry. He passed from his earthly life on March 20, 2023.

He loved to play bingo, and sit on his porch watching his grandchildren and great grandchildren play in the yard. After proudly serving 32 years in the US Navy, he is preceded in death by his wife Susan; his parents; brothers Brian, Tom, and Allen Dewberry; sisters Evelyn and Brandee Dewberry. He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Sherri (Zach), John Jr (Julie), and Chris (Shannan); 13 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.
