Jagodinski Jr., John PaulJohn Paul Jagodinski Jr., was born on Sept. 11, 1934, in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, son of Ella and John Paul Jagodinski, Sr. John passed away on Oct. 9, 2016, after a heart breaking battle with Alzheimer's disease in St. Augustine, Florida.John graduated from Lincoln High School in Manitowoc, and joined the U.S.
Army. He served in Korea during the War. John earned numerous degrees and graduated degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Johns Hopkins University-Baltimore. During his working career he worked with several state and federal agencies helping others.Throughout his life, John was regarded as a scholar, philosopher, artist and avid fisherman. He loved reading, listening to classical music and had a wonderful sense of humor.John is survived by his beloved wife of 27 years, Carol Lee; his sister, Helen DalSanto; two sons and their families; Jon Jagodinski, wife Joanne, grandchildren, Eric and Karla and Paul Jagodinski, wife Sandra and grandchildren, Jacob and Cody and his nephew, Michael Hennessy and his family. John was preceded in death by his mother Ella, father John, sisters, Rita Hennessy and Mary Jagodinsky.In lieu of flowers, donation to the Alzheimer's research can be made in John's honor to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America online at
